FLAA and GFAA Analysis
AMA utilizes Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry (FLAA) and Graphite Furnace Spectrometry (GFAA) to perform metals analysis. We specialize in Lead (Pb) analysis, but also offer analysis of other metals. Additional metals analysis capabilities include Arsenic (As) and Copper (Cu). Lead (Pb)
EPA Method 7420, which is an FLAA method, is used to analyze following matrices:
- Paint Chips
- Dust Wipes
- Air
- Soil
- Waste Water
- TCLP (for Pb only)
Lead (Pb), Copper (Cu), and Arsenic (As)
GFAA is used on Drinking Water Samples for the following metals:
- Lead (Pb) by APAHASM 3113B
- Copper (Cu) by APAHASM 3111B
- Arsenic (As) by APAHASM 3113B
